1. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks(within 2 weeks final payment), PayPal a custom
invoice will be sent to you through email.
2. Is there a minimum order?
Currently there is no minimum order amount unless it is an out of state
order.
3. Can you make specialty requested dessert orders such as organic,
vegetarian or sugar-free ?
Yes each order is custom made to the requested client specifications as
close as possible.
4. Do you do cake tastings? Yes, for wedding consultations only. The
consultation fee is $20.00 which is credited toward your order if booked
within the week of your consultation.
5. How much notice do you need for a custom order? We require a
minimum of one month on tiered and wedding orders and 2-3 weeks ALL
OTHER orders. Please call if less than time required to see if you maybe
able to get scheduled. Sweet Dreams by Jacqueline would love to be a
part of every event and occasion but unfortunately we cannot. We ask
that you book and pay deposit for your date as soon as possible even if you
are unsure exactly what you want. We have been booking up about 12
months in advance.
6. Do you limit your number of orders? Yes, because of the attention we
give to each and every client we take a limited amount of orders per week...
What this means...book early!!
7. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $30.00 - 50% minimum non-refundable deposit is required for all
orders to reserve your date and confirm your custom order. You will be
sent an invoice after Sweet Dreams by Jacqueline confirms availability for
your event.
8. When is the balance due? Your remaining balance is required to be paid
in full two weeks prior to your event if it is a wedding or tiered cake and one
week for others. If payment is not received your order is canceled and you
lose your deposit.
9. Do you deliver? Yes, we delivery in the surrounding areas. We are
located in Whitsett, NC. Please contact us directly for more information
10. Can you ship cakes? Unfortunately, we cannot ship cakes at this time.

11. What if I only want a quote on my event? Please go to the contact
button and answer all questions on form and you will receive a quote within
48-72 hours depending on the request it may take a day or two more to locate
certain supplies needed for request.
